What is the difference between open and enclosed carrier transport?
Open carrier transport is the most common and cost‑effective option, where vehicles are transported on an open trailer. Enclosed carrier transport offers full protection from weather and road debris, ideal for luxury cars, classic vehicles, and premium bikes. We offer both options to suit your budget and requirements.
How long does vehicle transport take?
Transit time depends on the distance. Local moves within the same city typically take 1–2 days, intercity moves take 2–5 days, and cross‑country moves may take up to 7 days. We provide real-time tracking so you can monitor your vehicle's progress.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes, every vehicle transported through CarBikeBhejo is fully insured against damage, theft, and loss. You can opt for additional coverage if needed. We believe in complete peace of mind for our customers.
What does the insurance cover?
Our transit insurance covers accidental damage, theft, and total loss during transit. Exclusions may include wear and tear, mechanical breakdown, and damage from improper packing by the customer. Full details are provided in your contract.
How do I track my vehicle during transit?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, debit/credit cards, and cash (limited). A 40% advance is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable before delivery.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations are subject to our policy: 30% of the total charge if cancelled 48 hours before pickup, 50% if cancelled 24 hours before, and 100% if cancelled after loading. Please review the terms at the time of booking.

Yes, you can transport accessories like helmets, spare parts, and riding gear along with your bike. However, loose items should be properly packed and secured. Please note that accessories are not covered under standard insurance.
